Returns Policy

At Westaway & Westaway, we are committed to sustainability and reducing our environmental impact. As part of this, we discourage returns where possible. To support this goal, we do not provide return labels. However, we understand that returns are sometimes necessary. If you do need to return an item, please follow the steps below carefully:

  1. Obtain Return Authorization
    It is essential to email us at enquiries@westaway.co.uk before returning your item. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of your package.

  2. Returning Items from Outside the UK
    If you are returning goods from outside the UK, it is important to label the package correctly. Mark the package with:
    "Mail order purchase - returned for refund/exchange"
    Additionally, attach a customs declaration stating the goods are for exchange or refund, and tick the "exchange" box where applicable.
    Please note: Westaway & Westaway Ltd cannot be held responsible for any import duties charged on parcels due to incorrect customs declarations.

  3. Shipping Your Return
    Please use a reputable courier or postal service for your return. We strongly recommend using a signed-for delivery service to ensure the package is safely delivered and traceable.
