Dents Fleming James Bond Spectre Leather Driving Gloves

A truly special glove worn by Daniel Craig in the James Bond film 'Spectre'. These leather gloves offer a modern spin on classic driving glove styling by excluding the traditional cut-out back. Exceptional details include the classic three-point decorative stitching and perforated fingers, thumbs and strip across the palms. Unexpected and unusual, these leather gloves are for gentlemen who like to break the mould.

  • Contemporary twist on the classic driving glove style with no cut-out back for a unique look
  • Perforated fingers, thumbs and strips across the palms offers intricate detail
  • Three-point decorative stitching on the back of the gloves elongates the look of the hand for a refined appearance
  • Unlined for a closer fit and better grip
  • Inseam stitching (with the seams hidden on the inside of the glove) on the palm gives the smoothest, cleanest finish, while the back of the glove has half pique stitching – this combines inseam and pique stitching (where one seam overlaps the other) for a smooth appearance
  • Dents stud fastener with centre-closing wrist strap helps adjust the fit for maximum comfort
  • Elasticated wrist for a snug and secure fit
  • Gloves measure on the wrist for a sleek and streamlined look
  • Choose from a variety of stylish colours
  • Made in Britain, part of our popular Heritage Collection
  • Available in a range of sizes

Hairsheep Leather

The sheep that provides the leather grows hair, not wool, hence its name. The fine hair leaves no markings resulting in smooth leather. Favoured for its natural strength and elasticity, hairsheep leather is generally acknowledged as the best leather for gloves. Durable and supple, this is an excellent choice for lasting comfort.

Sizing information

YOUR GLOVE SIZE

If you are not sure about your glove size, measure the hand you normally write with at its widest point

in inches (excluding the thumb), then round down to the nearest half or whole number - this will be your glove size.

Glove sizes come in half and whole numbers, between 7½ and 11 for men and 6 and 8½ for women.  For example if your hand measures 8½ inches around its widest point (excluding the thumb), your glove size is 8½ (Note: one inch = 25.4mm).

Where gloves are sized S,M,L,and XL, the following guide will apply  (measurements refer to your glove size, as calculated above, not to English inches):

For Men:-

Small 7½ - 8
Medium 8½ - 9
Large 9½
Extra Large 10 - 10½

For Women:-
Small 6 - 6½
Medium 7 - 7½
Large 8 - 8½

If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size.  Gloves should be snug at first but will stretch.

Care instructions
Caring For Your Gloves

If your gloves get wet, allow them to dry naturally and away from any external heat source, such as a radiator, hair dryer, or the sun.

For heavy soiling, we recommend the services of a specialised leather dry cleaner.

If the soiling is light and not dried in, you may try the following:

1. Prepare a hand hot solution of soft soap flakes such as "Lux".

2. Gently sponge down the outside leather of the gloves with this solution.

3. Try not to saturate the leather and dab off any excess wetness with a clean dry cloth.

4. Allow the gloves to dry naturally and do not use any external heat source such as a radiator, hair dryer or the sun.

5. As the gloves are drying, put them onto the hands of the wearer several times. This will help to stretch the leather and restore the shape of the gloves to the profile of the hands.
